Investor Notice

Last updated: 7 November 2026

1. About this notice

This notice explains what this website is, who it is intended for, and the key things you should understand before registering for the Investment Centre. It is a summary, not a complete statement of the risks of any opportunity. Each opportunity in the Investment Centre has its own documents, which you should read in full before making any decision.

This website is operated by HCW Middle East, Level 7, Unit 702, Building Emaar Square 6, Burj Khalifa Community, Dubai, UAE.

2. Who this website is for

This page is intended for investors with US$25,000 or more to place in private markets. It is not intended for members of the general public, and it is not directed at any person in a jurisdiction where its distribution would be unlawful.

Registering your email address is not an assessment of your suitability or eligibility for any opportunity. Minimums vary by opportunity and are shown on each one.

3. No advice

HCW Middle East provides opportunities, research and documents. It does not provide investment, legal, tax or other advice, and nothing on this website or in the Investment Centre is a personal recommendation. If you are unsure whether an opportunity is right for you, speak to a suitably qualified professional adviser.

4. Risk warning

Private-market opportunities are high risk and illiquid. Your capital is at risk and you could lose all of it. Key risks include:

  • Capital at risk: you may get back less than you put in, or nothing at all.
  • Illiquidity: you may not be able to sell or exit when you want, or at all.
  • No guarantee: target returns are objectives, not promises, and may not be achieved.
  • Counterparty risk: an opportunity depends on the parties behind it performing as expected.
  • Concentration: a single opportunity can represent a large part of a portfolio.
  • Protection varies: investor-protection arrangements that apply to mainstream investments may not apply.

Do not commit money you cannot afford to lose, and do not rely on an opportunity for income you need.

5. What registering means

Registering gives you access to the Investment Centre so you can review opportunities and their documents. It is free, it is not a commitment to invest, and it does not oblige you to do anything further. You will receive a one-time code by email to sign in; there is no password.

By registering, you agree that HCW Middle East may contact you by email about the Investment Centre and its opportunities, as set out in its Privacy Policy.

6. Opportunities and providers

Opportunities shown in the Investment Centre are provided by third parties. HCW Middle East is not tied to any provider. Providers may collect additional information directly and have their own terms and privacy obligations. Any decision to invest is made between you and the relevant provider, on the basis of that opportunity’s own documents.

7. Changes to this notice

Changes to this notice will be published on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
